`/etc/openoffice/dictionary.lst' is not used at all in OpenOffice.org >=3. No need to try getting that file or recreating it in that case, is useless and will be removed. `/etc/openoffice/dictionary.lst' is only needed if you are using OpenOffice.org <3. Remember, otherwise it will be removed.
